From what time can I check-in ?

It’s possible to cjeck-in from 2 p.m. The morning of your check-in, yo will receive an SMS in the phone number you provided when booking. In this SMS you will have the code of the front door of the Hotel, and a link to use on the electronic box which is at the reception to withdraw your room key. Do not panic if you are blocked at the door of the Hotel or if you can’t collect your key, you can call us at 02.33.52.45.17, a member of our team will answer you and explain you the check-in process. Otherwise, if you prefer to meet us, our reception opens from 5 p.m to 8 p.m

Can I drop off my luggage before 2 p.m ?

Of course ! We have a luggage room where you can drop off your luggage

At what time should I leave my room ?

You must check-out at 11 a.m

Is it possible to check-out after 11 a.m ?

Yes, however an additional fee of 16€/hour will be charged

What are the reception opening hours ?

Our reception is open everdy day from 8 a.m to 12 p.m and from 5 p.m to 8 p.m.
If you have any questions, our hotline is open from 8 a.m to 8p.m

Is there a hotline number during reception closing hours ?

Yes, during reception closing hours, it is possible to call us at 02.33.52.45.17 if you have any problems or questions

Is breakfast included ?

Breakfast is not included in your reservation. Our breakfast is an all-you-can-eat buffet at the price of €11/person for adults and €7.50 for children under 10 years oldHôtel Les Pieux - Cotentin - Breakfast room

At what time is the breakfast ?

The breakfast service is from 6:30 a.m to 9:30 a.m on weekdays and from 8:00 a.m to 10:30 a.m on weekends and public holidays.

Is it possible to have a takeaway breakfast ?

Yes, it is possible to ask us for a takeaway breakfast. It’s better if you let us know in advance, like that we can prepare it for you in advance

 Do you accept pets ?

No, we don’t accept pets in our Hotel.

Is there private parking on site ?

We don’t have a closed private parking, however you will find a free municipal car park with 70 spaces at the back of the Hotel. If you have a motorycle, it’s possible to park it in our closed courtyard.Hôtel Les Pieux - Cotentin - Exterior - Façade

Can I charge mu electric car in your Hotel ?

Yes ! We have a paying charging station just in front of our establishment.

Do you have a place to store my bike ?

Yes, we have a secure toom where we can store your bikes, surfboards or suitcases

Do you have an elevator ?

We don’t have an elevator in our Hotel. However, don’t hesitate to call us if you have mobility concerns and wish to book a room on the ground floor.  

Are the rooms wheelchair accessible ?

Is there an internet connection ?

Yes, we have a free and unlimited internet connection. You just need to connect to the Hotel’s network : “Wifi_Hotel_Les_Pieux” and create an account for the connection.

Are the bathroom and toilet inside the room ?

We confirm that the bathroom and toilets are inside your room.

Do you have Canal+ ?

No, we don’t have it. Our TVs are equippped with TNT channels, international channels and Eurosport.

Does the Hotel have a restaurant inside ?

No, our establishment doesn’t have a restaurant. However, if you want to eat at the Hotel, we have a meal tray service (to be ordered the day before your arrival before 12 p.m), but also microwaves. Otherwise, you can find some restaurants in the city center (about 5 min walk maximum).

Does the Hotel have a bar ?

No, we don’t have a bar. But it’s possible to buy drinks : water, beers … at the reception of our Hotel.

Are there any non-smoking rooms ?

Yes, our establishment is totally non-smoking.

Can I pay for half a day only if I stay half a day ?

No, we don’t offer half-day packages. If you wish to stay for half a dau, you will be charged for the entire night.

Can I cancel a reservation ?

It is possible to cancel a reservation but you need to pay attention of cancellation fees. If you want to cancel free of charge in the case of a reservation made directly, you must notify us at least the day before your arrival before 12 p.m. In the case of a reservation via an online reservation site (Booking, Expedia), you must notify us at least 48 hours before your check-in.
