We collect data to ensure that our site functions properly and to provide the best possible user experience.

Data retention

Your data is kept for different periods of time and for different reasons depending on the type of information.

These retention periods are a legal requirement under commercial, tax and banking legislation.

Cookies are kept for a maximum of 13 months, but we have opted to keep them for 60 days.

Your account information and order invoices are kept for 10 years for accounting and legal purposes from the end of the financial year.

Payment information is not collected on our site, but is retained with our bank and your bank for a legal period of 5 years.
